Rules for Summer Sweepstakes
Eligibility:
All participants must be of legal age and comply with any age restrictions specific to the game or event.
Each participant must have a valid registration for the cup.
If you join, you must have a Fortnite account.
Code of Conduct:
Participants must behave respectfully and avoid any form of harassment or unsportsmanlike conduct.
Cheating, exploiting glitches, or any unfair practices are strictly prohibited.
Match Setup
Match Scheduling:
Matches must be scheduled within the specified tournament timeline.
Participants must be punctual for their scheduled matches.
Check-In:
Players must check in at least 15 minutes before the match starts.
Failure to check in on time may result in a forfeit.
Match Format:
Specific game settings or rules must be followed as per the event guidelines.
Gameplay Rules
Starting the Match:
Both participants must confirm readiness before starting.
Matches must begin at the scheduled time unless both participants agree to a slight delay.
Technical Issues:
In case of technical difficulties, a pause may be requested by either player.
The match must resume as soon as the issue is resolved, within a reasonable time.
Disconnects:
If a player disconnects, they must attempt to reconnect immediately.
Rules for handling disconnects should be pre-determined (e.g., rematch if disconnect occurs within first 2 minutes).
Results Reporting:
The winner must report the match result within a specified time after the match ends.
Distribution:
Prizes will be awarded as specified in the tournament details.
